Drift House Return and Exchange Policy

At Drift House, owned and operated by Land and Sea Surf, LLC., we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please see our guidelines below:

Return and Exchange Conditions: All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, packaged, and resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties). A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns or exchanges.

Return and Exchange Period:

  • Within 30 days from date of purchase: Full refund or exchange. For skateboard-related merchandise, all sales are final after 30 days.
  • After 30 days from date of purchase: Gift card credit for the full purchase price.

Product Exchanges: Due to high demand, we recommend ordering your new item through drifthouse.com to secure it and we'll credit your account for the returned item, including paid shipping (Economy or Standard only). Alternatively, you can request an exchange by filling the exchange form. Please note, due to quick sell-outs, exact replacements might not always be possible.

Online Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Log into your customer account at account.drifthouse.com.
  2. Select the order, items, quantity, and specify the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Click 'Request Return'.
  4. Once your return is approved and the product arrives, your original payment type will be refunded, or your exchange will be processed.

Return by Mail Steps:

  1. Fill out the Exchanges and Returns Form.
  2. Pack up the items in any unmarked box.
  3. Mail your items using our emailed return label.
  4. We'll email you a confirmation once your return or exchange is processed.

Clearance Items: No returns or exchanges on clearance items (price ending in 0.99). All sales are final.
