Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the purchase date for eligible merchandise. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee applies unless otherwise stated.
To start a return, check our Return Conditions to make sure your item qualifies. Once confirmed, you can submit your request here under "How to start a Return".
Items must be in original, unused, packaged, and resalable condition with all tags attached. They must be shipped inside an exterior box or protective packaging, without labels, tape, or markings on the product packaging (e.g., shoeboxes).
Final sale items and marked-down products are not eligible for return or exchange. Marked-down sale items can be identified by prices ending in .99. This will also be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued as store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit cannot be used for any Drawing submissions and is not interchangeable between regional sites. Store credit is also not redeemable for in-store purchases.
Online orders cannot be returned at any Drift House retail locations. All online returns must be submitted through the appropriate return portal.
Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping arrives in 2–3 business days. Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take longer and are more prone to carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the delivery status at any time. If you did not receive a tracking number via email, please contact info@drifthouse.com with your name/order details (product ordered, amount charged, shipping/billing address, etc).
We currently ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If you order has already been shipped, you will have to apply for a return once your order has been delivered and follow all return policy guidelines.

We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days. Response times may be longer during peak seasons or product launches.
All online order inquiries must be submitted through online customer service. In-store staff are unable to assist with online orders.
Products
Some launches are available both online and in-store, while others may be exclusive to in-store only. Each release announcement will specify how and where it will be available.
Most limited releases are not restocked once sold out. If restocks happen, we announce them through our website and social media.
For select launches, we may use a raffle system to ensure a fair purchasing process. Details, including how to enter and pickup/shipping information, will be provided in the release announcement.
