Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We offer a 30 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of payment originally used, which exclude original shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with all tags attached, intact packaging and must be unused in new unworn condition. Items marked as final sale, items marked on sale are non-refundable.
How to submit a Return Request?
To initiate a return, email email@example.com with your Order # and item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Once authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, shipping out orders every business day. Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground while US territories & P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods or address changes.
We do not ship to International P.O. boxes.
All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, Drift House cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
Our current available shipping method is through UPS and DHL. This can change at any time.
All prices are in US dollars.
Select products are not available to ship outside of the United States.
We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.
The customer assumes the cost of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
During the order verification step, we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be canceled.
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Drifthouse.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to Drift House and no refund will be processed.
Orders & Payment
Upon checkout, select 'In-Store Pickup' and you will receive and email once the order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up during normal business hours at our Flagship location in Cocoa Beach, FL.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) as payment in addition to PayPal, Shopify Pay, Google Pay. Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required.
During specified times we have promotional sales that require promo/discount codes which must be applied manually during checkout. All promotional sale and discount code information is clearly messaged through our email newsletter, social media channels and via drifthouse.com. Please note: Promotional sales and discount codes are separate from Sale product and cannot be applied to items on Sale.
You may request to cancel your order at any time prior to receiving tracking information. If your order has not shipped already, a full refund will be issued immediately. If your order has already shipped & you would like to cancel, please see the Returns & Exchanges section at the bottom of our site.
