Return Policy & Instructions
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original, resalable condition, including original packaging, shoe box, and hang-tags
- Returns that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may be refused
All returned merchandise must be shipped inside an outer shipping box or protective packaging. Do not attach labels, tape, or markings directly to product packaging (including shoeboxes). Returns received without proper outer packaging may be deemed unsellable and ineligible for a refund.
Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable, including:
- High-energy products (A high-energy product is a limited release item with high demand, often restricted to one per customer, raffled, or marked as Final Sale)
- Hats
- Socks & Underwear
- Women's Swimwear
- Skincare, hair care, fragrances, and other wellness products
- All marked down sale products
- Skateboarding components
- Smart/AI Glasses
- Go to account.drifthouse.com and log in with the email used for your order. You may have to enter a temporary code sent to your email to access your order portal.
- If eligible (see Return Conditions), select the item(s), quantity, and return reason, then submit the return request.
- Wait for approval. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Return requests are responded within 1-2 business days.
- Pack only the approved item(s) from one order, include the original order invoice, and clearly note the refund reason.
- Ship the return using the provided (FedEX or USPS) label. Do not include unapproved items or items from other orders. Ship your return inside an exterior shipping box or protective packaging. Do not place labels or tape directly on product packaging. Returns without proper outer packaging will be rejected.
- Drop off the package at an eligible FedEx or USPS location using the provided return label. Do not leave the package in an unsecured drop box or ship it using a different carrier.
- After your return is received, inspected, and accepted, your refund will be issued within 1 to 3 business days as a store credit. A 10% restocking fee applies, and original shipping fees are not refundable. Store credit will be applied directly to your customer profile.
Please Note: Drift House is not responsible for lost or delayed returns due to missing order information or improper packaging. Please ensure the prepaid label is securely attached to the outer shipping box.
