Drift House Return and Exchange Policy

At Drift House, owned and operated by Land and Sea Surf, LLC., we are committed to your satisfaction. Here are our updated guidelines:

Return Conditions:

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the purchase date for eligible merchandise.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Customers will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, packaged, and resalable condition. Returns that are damaged, worn, or lack original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted and may be refused.

*Please note: We do not process refunds for orders that are currently in transit and not yet marked as delivered. Once your order has been marked as delivered, our standard return and exchange policy will apply. If you believe there is an issue with the delivery, please contact our customer support team for further assistance or the respective shipping carrier.

Non-Refundable/Final Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable, including:

  • Nike SB Dunks
  • Hats
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
  • Skincare, fragrances, and other wellness products
  • All sale products
  • Skateboard-related merchandise

Product Exchanges:

  • Due to high demand, we recommend ordering your new item through drifthouse.com to secure it, and we'll credit your account for the returned item, including paid shipping (Economy or Standard only).
  • Alternatively, you can request an exchange by filling out the exchange form. Please note, due to quick sell-outs, exact replacements might not always be possible.

Return Process:

  1. Log into your account at account.drifthouse.com
  2. Select the items to return, specifying the quantity and reason for the return.
  3. Use the provided return label for the items. Do not combine returns from different orders or additional items not included in the original return request.
  4. Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt.

Return by Mail:

  • Use our emailed return label.
  • Pack items in an unmarked box.
  • We are not responsible for lost products due to incorrect return label or order number usage.

Additional Policy:

Drift House has a zero-tolerance policy towards exceeding purchase limits on high energy launch product. If there is a guideline on the number of items you can purchase during a product release (e.g., 1 pair per customer/household) and the buyer does not follow this guideline, they could be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
