Drift House Return Policy

This policy compliments and incorporates by reference the Drift House Terms of Service. Drift House is owned and operated by Land and Sea Surf, LLC.

Return Eligibility

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds are issued in the form of an Drift House Store Credit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original, resalable condition, including original packaging and hang-tags

  • Returns that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may be refused

All returned merchandise must be shipped inside an outer shipping box or protective packaging. Do not attach labels, tape, or markings directly to product packaging (including shoeboxes). Returns received without proper outer packaging may be deemed unsellable and ineligible for a refund.

Final Sale / Non-Refundable Items

Items marked Final Sale on product pages are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • High energy products

  • Hats

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Swimwear

  • Skincare, fragrances, and wellness products

  • All sale items

  • Skateboard-related merchandise

  • Smart / AI glasses

Exchanges

Drift House does not offer exchanges at this time.

If you need a replacement, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order with the e-gift card refund once it is issued.

Return Process

1.     Visit account.drifthouse.com and log in.

2.     Enter the email address used to place the order.

3.     A temporary login code will be emailed.

4.     Select the item(s), quantity, and reason for return.

5.     All return orders will be provided a shipping label once your return request has been approved.

6.     Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt.

Drift House is not responsible for lost or delayed returns due to incorrect return labels, missing or incorrect order numbers, or improper packaging. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.

Purchase Limits & High-Energy Launches

Drift House enforces a zero-tolerance policy for exceeding purchase limits on high-energy launch products.

If a release includes a stated purchase limit (e.g., one item per customer or household) and that limit is exceeded, the order may be subject to cancellation and a 10% restocking fee.
