Bronze56k for New Balance Numeric

Bronze56k for New Balance Numeric

New Balance Numeric is linking up with Bronze 56k on a new take of the 480, dropping Monday, May 19 at Drift House. This version features a black leather upper with iridescent paneling on the quarters and toe box, complemented by a translucent outsole. Bronze 56k branding appears on the tongue tags and insoles, while New Balance branding is embroidered in bronze on the heels.

Bronze 56k was started by Peter Sidlauskas and Pat Murray in Queens, New York. Known for their raw skate videos and 90s internet-inspired graphics, they built a name through a mix of inside jokes, lo-fi edits, and gritty street footage. The name comes from old dial-up internet culture, which they reference often in their visuals and branding.

What makes Bronze different is their approach. They’ve never tried to polish things up for mass appeal. Instead, they’ve leaned into their own lane, mixing skating with a sort of internet-age dry humor. Their clothing, graphics, and projects all reflect that.

The New Balance Numeric x Bronze 56k 480 features a black leather upper with iridescent paneling on the quarters and toe box. The shoe includes Bronze branding on the tongue tags and insoles, black jewel "N" logos on the side panels, and New Balance branding embroidered in bronze on the heels. The design is completed with a translucent outsole.

Performance-wise, the 480 is equipped with FuelCell cushioning for added propulsion and impact absorption, making it suitable for both skateboarding and everyday wear.

The New Balance Numeric x Bronze56k 480 will be available online 5/19 at 12AM ET and in-store at 11AM.
