Returns & Exchanges

Start your return by logging into your order portal. Select eligible items, submit your request, and use the prepaid label to ship them back. Full process outlined below.

Drift House Return and Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the purchase date for eligible merchandise.
  • Refunds are issued either to the original form of payment or as store credit.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Customers will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee unless an order is refunded as store credit (shipping fees will still not be refunded).
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, packaged, and resalable condition. Returns that are damaged, worn, or lack original packaging and hang-tags will not be accepted and may be refused.
  • ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE SHIPPED INSIDE AN EXTERIOR SHIPPING BOX. Do not attach labels, tape, or markings directly to the product packaging (e.g. shoeboxes). Items returned without proper outer packaging may be deemed unsellable and will not be eligible for a refund.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable, including:

  • High-energy products (A high-energy product is a limited release item with high demand, often restricted to one per customer, raffled, or marked as Final Sale)
  • Hats
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Women's Swimwear
  • Skincare, hair care, fragrances, and other wellness products
  • All marked down sale products
  • Skateboard-related merchandise
  1. Go to account.drifthouse.com and log in with the email used for your order.
  2. Enter the temporary code sent to your email to access your order portal.
  3. If eligible (see Return Conditions), select the items you want to return, including quantity and reason.
  4. Submit the request. If approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
  5. Use the prepaid label and return only approved items from that order. Pack the items in an outer box; no labels or tape on product boxes. Returns sent back without outer packaging will not be accepted.
  6. Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
  1. Complete the return process for your original item.
  2. To secure your exchanged product, simply just place a new order to ensure it doesn’t sell out.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account for the item and any paid shipping (Economy or Standard only). No restocking fees applied.

We also offer orders refunded as store credit.
