Nike SB Dunk Low Pro B 'Pale Ivory'

Nike SB Dunk Low Pro B 'Pale Ivory'

Nike SB is bringing the Dunk Low Pro B back into the mix, this time in the new “Pale Ivory” colorway. Dropping tomorrow, this pair brings a low-key finish to a silhouette that helped shape Nike’s early push into skateboarding. Before SB was its own thing, the Pro B marked one of Nike’s first steps toward making the Dunk skateable, adding key features that laid the groundwork for the full SB line.

The Pro B originally released in 1999, ahead of the official Nike SB launch. It featured a fat tongue, extra padding, and wider laces. Skaters had already been modifying Dunks to better fit their needs, and the Pro B gave them a version that came ready straight out of the box. The design set the stage for what would later become Nike SB.

This new version stays true to that foundation. The Pale Ivory upper uses soft leather with subtle contrast stitching and tonal wide laces. A Summit White mesh tongue and collar add breathability and contrast. The gum rubber outsole adds classic traction with a clean finish. A vintage-style Nike SB tag on the tongue nods to the late '90s roots.

Compared to the standard Nike SB Dunk Low Pro, the Pro B has a more stripped-down build. It skips the Zoom Air insole and uses a more flexible construction. While the SB version leans more technical, the Pro B feels closer to the original Dunk but with the tweaks skaters have always appreciated.

The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro B in 'Pale Ivory' will be available on Thursday, May 29th. In-store at 11AM and online at 1PM ET.
