The Nike SB PS8 'Wolf Grey' is set to release on May 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM, both in-store and online.
The Nike SB PS8 was built in memory of Sandy Bodecker, the driving force behind Nike SB. His name is tied directly to the shoe, with “PS” referencing his initials and “8” representing the eight design problems Nike set out to solve based on feedback from skaters. The shoe is performance-focused, built with input from riders and developed with the same attention to detail Bodecker brought to the early days of SB.

The Wolf Grey colorway features a layered Flyknit upper for breathability and support. High-wear areas are reinforced with tumbled leather overlays. The Swoosh, laces, tongue, and Flyknit tag are black, contrasting the grey base. The tongue is padded for a secure fit. A full React midsole handles cushioning. Underfoot, a visible Flyplate adds stiffness through the arch. The translucent rubber outsole wraps up the build with added durability and grip. Blue piping at the midsole gives a small color hit to break up the grey.

This is one of the most technically advanced shoes Nike SB has made. Every material was chosen for a reason. Nothing on the shoe is extra. It’s made to skate hard and last.
The Nike SB PS8 Wolf Grey releases Thursday, May 22 at Drift House. Available in-store at 11AM and online at drifthouse.com.
