Nike SB x NOTE “Brew & Biscuits” Dunk Low Pro

NOTE x Nike SB Dunk Low Pro "Brew & Biscuits" drops this weekend, and if you know Manchester skate shops, you get why this one hits different. NOTE has been holding it down in the Northern Quarter since back in the day, 18 years back. Started in Afflecks Palace, moved around a bit, now sits at 61 Thomas Street. It's the spot where local skaters come to grab boards, get them set up for free, talk spots, watch videos, and argue about whatever. The crew there has been slinging Nike SB for years so when they finally got to do their own Dunk, they did not overthink it. They just looked at how they actually spend their days.

In Manchester, and like pretty much the entire UK, everything runs on tea and biscuits. Good news hits? Kettle goes on and someone grabs a Bourbon. Rough day? Rich Tea time. At NOTE, half the working hours disappear into debates about which biscuit dunks best. Chocolate Digestive crew versus Pink Wafer fans. The shop always has a packet open somewhere. So the shoe became their version of that ritual and a tribute to that.

The upper comes in this flax suede that looks exactly like a proper milky English Breakfast tea. Strong enough to keep you moving through the day, but not so strong it puts hairs on your chest. They call the white sole the teacupsole because it feels like the good china your nan only pulls out when someone important might show up. On the bottom there is a little circular tea stain mark. You know the one. The ring you try to hide when you forget a coaster.

The Swooshes are the fun part. They are velcro so you can swap them. You get a textured Chocolate Digestive one, a classic biscuit, and a pink wafer with that honeycomb look. They tested them hard. The lads say these will not fly off when you flick your board. Laces come with biscuit prints but you get plain ones too if you want to keep it low key. Inside you will find more biscuit graphics all over the sockliner and a brew strength chart on the tongue. It maps out the acceptable levels of tea like some kind of official research. There is even a little surprise under the insole. The heel has the NOTE Love park logo. Every pair comes with an SB Tea Tag hangtag.

This whole thing came straight out of how NOTE actually runs. Tea is the lifeblood, biscuits are the fuel. Nine times out of ten someone behind the counter has a half eaten packet going. They just took their everyday shop routine and turned it into a Dunk. Simple as that.

Kinda concerned about bots, any fcfs release yall have the bots succeed. Please tell me yall have updated yalls protections around bots for releases.

The captchas themselves only frustrate the human buyer.
